Reduce Construction and Operational Costs

Raised Flooring

During the construction phase, an under-floor service distribution system allows a reduction in slab-to-slab height, thus decreasing construction materials required, eliminating ducts, wire/cable drop down lengths and building shell materials.

An under-floor HVAC system also operates at a much lower pressure and warmer temperature than a traditional ducted overhead system. Indoor air quality and personal comfort control are improved while decreasing energy consumption. Reusing service supply materials such as wires, cables, outlets and diffusers during reconfiguration further reduces the lifecycle costs of the facility.
